INVENTORY ∓ SUPPLY PLANNER

Reflex Inventory Planning helps reduce inventory and improve service. Effective inventory management not only reduces cost, but also improves performance in the one area where markets are most demanding today: Customer Service.

Reflex Supply Planning automates as much of the replenishment plan as possible. It drives efficiencies in production and in the warehouse.

Reflex Supply Planner Dashboard graphically displays the required investment in inventory , together with the expected incoming supply and forecast demand. The stock analysis clearly shows over-stocked items, under-stocked items and stock. Most importantly, it also compares your current total stock value with the system generated optimum stock value, thus identifying the potential savings over the horizon.

Reflex Supply planner generates supply orders by dynamically assessing the demand forecast, as well as current and optimum stocks, generating a time-phased replenishment plan in monthly, weekly or daily time periods. Reflex tracks scheduled receipts, customer orders, on-hand balances and optimized inventory targets.

Reflex Inventory Planner graphically displays changes in inventory over the full horizon. For each period the projected inventory level represents the balance of incoming supply and outgoing orders based on your inventory targets and forecast requirements. This is important information for investment and cash flow planning.

Reflex generates planned supply orders, taking into account the frequency of orders, minimum order quantities and batch sizes. The display indicates whether the planned order has been rescheduled as an action in or out.

Reflex allows you to set your desired customer service levels, or days of coverage ,by Pareto class or by product. The impact of these settings is clearly shown on the Dashboard, allowing the business to plan the required investment in inventory to achieve these service targets
