Intuitive data grids show a traffic light display of utilisation ‰ for each line or Work Centre. Use these grids to identify your over and under loaded work centres, then simply review your planned orders to optimize loading.
Work Centre definitions are stored and maintained in Reflex, detailing shift patterns, their efficiency %, run rates and headcount cost for core and agency workers.
